Meet Mark Gill, Founder & Principal Advisor

A seasoned operations leader with decades of experience building high-performing construction and design-build organizations.
​
With a diverse career spanning multiple industries, Mark transitioned into the remodeling world after moving to Virginia in 2006—and quickly immersed himself in the operational intricacies of the sector.
​
He joined a residential design build firm in 2013 as Sales and Design Manager, eventually becoming General Manager, co-owner and the Class A Designated Individual.
During his tenure, Mark:

✔ Streamlined operations to create transparency and consistency
✔ Improved estimating performance and project-level financial clarity

Get to Know Mark:
The Story Behind the Leader
​
Born in Cass City, Michigan and raised in Hickory, NC, Mark grew up with strong values shaped by his father’s work as a pastor. After his father’s passing, a family friend gifted him 10 hours of flying lessons—sparking a lifelong fascination with aircraft.
​
That spark eventually led him to serve as a crew member aboard the historic B-29 Superfortress “FIFI,” part of the Commemorative Air Force’s mission to honor WWII veterans and inspire future generations.
​
Mark also met his wife while attending bible college in Florida. Together, they’ve raised two children and lived in multiple states before settling in Virginia in 2006.
​
When he’s not helping companies grow, you’ll find him enjoying time with family—or passionately competing in fantasy baseball leagues, a hobby that grew out of years spent coaching his son’s teams.
